Had a picnic planned with my mom this afternoon and we decided to take-out some Chinese food. I ordered steamed vegetables with bean curd and some brown rice. When I stopped to pick up our lunch the woman behind the register smiled and noting what I ordered she said “You must be so healthy!” Not you must be so autoimmune compromised or you must feel deprived but you must be so healthy. Without hesitation I replied “Yes, I am.”
