Warmed up two Siete taco shells (a splurge but ridiculously yummy)
Filled them with sliced avocado, tomato, sunflower and radish sprouts sprinkled with lime juice
Heated up some leftover Rebosero beans, topped with sea salt, sliced scallions, and diced avocado
Had planned on filling the shells with the beans too but really glad I didn’t- less messy and the veggies stood out against the crisp shell
